We support and deliver research in the following areas:
- linking genetic research and personalised medicine with common skin diseases such as acne, drug reactions, eczema, and psoriasis
- skin cancers including melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma
- supporting innovative ways to deliver trials such as platform studies and patient driven research
- supporting research that uses AI in all aspects of basic, translational, clinical research and service delivery
- skin infections such as herpes simplex, fungal infections, impetigo and cellulitis
- children’s skin disorders where genetics often plays a major role
- rare skin diseases
